Place on all of your leveling up gear and choose Freezing Pulse as your benefit. Ensure that you set it in PoE currency your Lifesprigs if you don't possess a +1 level Tabula. Spells do not have a ton of hold gems off the bat, so don't use the Tabula only yet. Because your movement rate is reduced by wearing armor leave it until you require it.

Once you hit level , grab Volley Support. At level ten catch Flame Dash for greater movement. Hitting level 12 is the big one. You can swap out your Freezing Pulse for Firestorm When you get there. This will carry you through to mapping. Make sure that you take the Volley support; you can put on Added Cold or Added Lightning if you would like.

Catch Elemental Focus and Controlled Destruction When you've hit on level 18. If you're only using three hyperlinks, these can be both to PoE trade currency support your Firestorm. Don't hesitate to utilize all four of the mentioned supports though, as well as Faster Casting if you want. If you do this however, you might have mana problems.
