With the limited characters on title its hard to desribe the real issue here.
We are a clan on Angler's watch, one of the first highly active clans on the server. Unfortunatly our leader had to step out for a while due to real life occupation. And it can't solve by spending Blade & Soul gold.

Before he left, he promoted one of our members to advisor and gave it the same rights as everything a clan leader could do. All was well, untill a week ago.

The promoted advisor logged on late at night, decided to donate his entire wealth to the clan before leaving it and not telling anyone of the other members why. We don't have any contact info, nor any personal info about him or our clan leader. (I only know what country he's from)

He ranked up the clan a few times, made some of us veteran rank and simply left.
Our leader hasn't showed up for a month, and with no other advisors left in our clan we don't have anyone who can promote new members to whatever rank they deserve/need.

For a while we thought this wouldn't be real issue. Untill we noticed recruits are not allowed clan designs nor can they claim any of the crafted clan items (like hongmoon pallets)

We are currently rank 10. with about 50 members. Its going to be really time consuming to remake a new clan, transfer everyone over and rank ik up again just to fix this issue.

You guys think support could perhaps alter one of our rank permissions (veterans for example) so we can also alter people's personal rank?
