Continuing to celebrate its 25th anniversary, Japan’s BEAUTY & YOUTH UNITED ARROWS has teamed up with new balance 420 womens to whip up a commemorative duo of kicks. Using both the 996 and 1400 silhouettes as the base, each shoe is constructed with premium leather constructions in shades of brown and silver, respectively. Created for both men and women, the BEAUTY & YOUTH UNITED ARROWS x New Balance 25th Anniversary Collection is tentatively set to arrive at BEAUTY & YOUTH locations come August 8th.

Inspired by classic American literature, the new balance 420 black is the subject of the latest book-based look. Sailing under the “Moby Dick” moniker, this release features a navy nubuck and mesh upper with teal accents swimming throughout. Complete with a crisp white midsole, the New Balance M1300 “Moby Dick” is available now.

The new balance 420 grey Numeric line sees the running staple switching gears for a new grind. Styled for skateboarding, this performance driven series packs a total of four unique silos. The boat-esque Brighton 344 and its taller cut Brighton High 354 rely on suede or canvas construction, backed by standard EVA cushioning and hex traction. A perforated toe box denotes the Logan 637, reliant on running DNA and REVlite foam cushioning. Lastly, the sleek Stratford 479 showcases welded construction for a clean aesthetic.
