Hi, I have spoken to THREE customer service reps over a period of about 4 months who assured me that (a) I was correct, I didn't owe you for the service call and (b) they would credit that $40 to my account right away! Hasn't happened. You now have the gall to charge me "one time" fees for... what? Heaven only knows. I guess you expect me to just roll over and take it? For More Details: Minimalist Animation
